Superficial dvt? what does this mean?

deep vein thrombosis. it's quite normal for people who have been on bedrest or without walking around much for a period of time (like surgery, injury). you see, when a blood clot forms in your foot, leg, wherever, it's usually because of slowed blood flow to an area (other reasons too) but they can break loose and travel via the bloodstream to the lungs, heart, brain. causing problems. do you have a doctor? someone needs to give you some answers. because obviously you're scared and need some reassurance. it's hard for me to say you're in danger, or you're not. but i'd demand some explanations or answers, because you really dont seem to sure as to what's going on. i'm not knocking you, just saying that it's your right to have some explaining going on. i hope everything goes well for you
