Could I still be pregnant even though I got a negative test?

My husband and I have been TTC for 2 years now. We recently started Clomid after many months of just taking metformin to induce ovulation. I have just finished up the second round of Clomid and waiting for my period. have not had the tender breasts this time like I did the first time. I also started on day 27 last time. Normally start on day 26. Today is day 30 but I had a negative test this morning and still no signs of my period starting. Would you think I could still have a chance of being prengnat?
