I want to make cat rissols..any recipes or ideas?

Ok so im trying something new and I dont need negative feedback!!! Cat meat is considered to be a delicacy in some asian countries. Anyway thinking of making a spicy cat rissol dish with rice...any ideas? Also which type of meat cleaver would be best to process the cat through? I have some already frozen as we live near a cat shelter...any advice would b great:-) Angel xxx
