How do i put my dog in the spca?

i cant stand her she's constantly up my *** and chews everything no matter how much i train her. i walk her 3 hours a day to burn energy so she can get out of this seperation anxiety crap and it does nothing. i think at this point she does it just to spite me. so i tried putting her up on craigslist and everyone that says they want her tell me oh never mind at the last minute. so im looking at the spca but they dont tell you how to send them there. do i just leave her? its either them or the chinesee people down the street, i understand dog is a delicacy since were being spitfull and all.
