How can I tell if my bird's wing is broken?

a bird certainly can't fly if its wing is broken. it requires a certain dexterity, you see. and if it's already getting better, it might just be some bruising. Just don't let it fly around larger areas for a few days, wings mend faster when kept mostly still :)
