I need help to stop my breasts from growing and lactating?

I am 21 years old and have been inducing lactation since i was 16. Since then i have grown from a 34 C to a 36 G! I wanted to stop at a D cup but nothing seems to work i tried to stop draining them but they sprayed and hurt, i stopped taking the vitamins and herbs but the milk flow and my bust size is still on a swift rise, help me! I dont want stretch marks on my breasts:( an no im not pregnant
