I am 40 weeks and 3 days and still only 1 cm dilated, 70% effaced, and I went to get induced, it didn't work.?

Nothing is wrong the baby is just not ready yet. My first daughter was almost a week late. There's not much you can do if the baby isn't willing to come yet. They'll probably try to induce again in a few days if you don't have the baby before, you'll probably go into labor naturally though. Good luck and yeah don't ask for a c-section unless you absolutely need it.
