How much hospitality do you have?

I have a lot hospitality. when i have guests over my place i want them to feel relaxed and have fun. i offer guests drinks and food. we watch movies and play games. however i was watching this reality show and i swear this was the worst hospitality ever. this woman and her moved into their new home 6 months ago. she invited her whole family to come see it. now mind you they took a flight out just see her new home. anyway when her family arrived she didnt take their coat or offer them anything to drink or eat. she didnt offer them at tour of the home. her husband barely said two words to her family. hher family was so hurt and couldnt figure out why they being treated like they were tresspassing.
