Which is the best cruise line to work for?

I just graduated from culinary/hospitality school and am looking for somewhere to work. I also wanted to travel for a bit so I thought working for a cruise line might be a good idea. However, I don't know much about this industry. Can anyone tell me what it is like to work in the kitchen of a cruise line? How good (or bad) is the pay? Which line would be the best to work for?
