Skills of an assistant chef?

I'm just starting out in the catering and hospitality industry and iv got a few job interviews lined up within the next week. The last one is front of house and I know for sure I'll succeed within that one but iv gone for a couple that are assistant cooks but I'm not sure what skills "assistant cooks" Are ment to have. I know knife skills will come under a skill and opening and closing kitchen, taking temperatures, a good knowledge on different food, herbs ect and cooking but can anyone else think of any skills iv not thought of?
